Various ‎– Mindrocker Volume 4. 레이블: Line Records ‎– LLP 5147, Line Records ‎– LLP 5147 AS, BOMP! ‎ – LLP 5147. 리즈: Mindrocker – Volume 4. 형식: Vinyl, LP, Compilation. The Line boys added four Moving Sidewalks tracks and created a new album. All Texas bands on this - known for making amongst the hardest-edged stuff of the era. Special mention for the Pandas and their brutal and manic Walk, Satori and his very psychedelic Time Machine (an extremely catchy song that's also very hard-hitting) - and Johnny Winter's plausible and convincing stab at psychedelia Birds Can't Row Boats (you'll get no argument from me there).

The content and coherence of the typical Mindrocker volume varies widely. On both counts, this 28-song double album is one of the less impressive entries in the series. Populated by a lot of bands on the cusp between garage, pop, and psychedelia, it's easy to spot the influences - Beatles, Stones, Beau Brummels, Yardbirds, whatever.

Talk about Various - Mindrocker Volume 4

Modar
This is a version of the old Acid Visions bootleg - one of the first psychedelic comps first issed way back sometime in the early '80s (but all '60s recordings, of course). The Line boys added four Moving Sidewalks tracks and created a new album. All Texas bands on this - known for making amongst the hardest-edged stuff of the era.Special mention for the Pandas and their brutal and manic Walk, Satori and his very psychedelic Time Machine (an extremely catchy song that's also very hard-hitting) - and Johnny Winter's plausible and convincing stab at psychedelia Birds Can't Row Boats (you'll get no argument from me there). All presented in good sound quality - a lot better than, say, Pebbles or Boulders and other comps of the era.
